Refund Policy
Effective: 27 May 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how we refund purchases of the Money Momentum Kit. It is a more generous version of your statutory rights as a consumer and replaces the standard 14-day digital-content withdrawal where you have explicitly waived it at checkout.
The promise
The Money Momentum Kit is an action product, not a reading product. The system only works if you run it.
- You have 14 days from the purchase date to start the 30-day sprint.
- If, after completing Days 1-7 of the protocol, including Minimum Viable Action days, and logging each day in the tracker, the system does not feel meaningfully different from anything else you have tried, you may request a full refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
How to request a refund
Email support@zodiup.com with the email address used for purchase, the order number from your receipt, your completed 7-day tracker log attached, and one short paragraph describing what you tried and why the system did not work for you. We typically respond within 3 business days.
What disqualifies a refund
The refund does not apply if the 7-day log is missing, blank, or shows fewer than 7 distinct entries between Day 1 and Day 7; the request is sent after the 14-day start window has expired; you have already received a refund on a previous Zodiup purchase; or the purchase shows signs of abuse such as multiple accounts, repeated requests across products, or contradictory logs.
If your situation is unusual, such as illness, family emergency, or a technical issue that stopped you from starting in the 14-day window, email us anyway. We review exceptions case by case.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived once delivery starts, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. You give this consent through the checkout consent checkbox. The action guarantee above protects buyers who complete the 7-day log.
US consumers
US buyers receive the same action guarantee in USD. Refunds are processed back to the original card or payment method through Stripe. Where state law provides additional consumer rights, those rights apply on top of this policy.
Chargebacks
If you are unhappy, email support@zodiup.com before filing a chargeback. A chargeback raised without first contacting us, or after a refund has already been issued, may be contested with the issuing bank.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not refund to alternative cards, accounts, or wallets.
Free previews and bundles
Free items are not subject to a refund because there was no payment. For bundles, if Lite and Pro were sold together and you refund Lite under the 7-day log, the Pro portion is treated separately and remains licensed unless you also request a Pro refund under the same rules.
Force majeure
If we cannot deliver the product because of a third-party outage, such as Stripe, hosting, or email, the action-guarantee window is paused until access is restored.
