Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Zodiup website and your purchase of the Money Momentum Kit and related digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the product.

Who we are

This site is operated by George Germanos, a sole trader registered in Greece, trading as George Germanos.

References to “we”, “us”, or “Zodiup” mean the trader above. References to “you” mean the person using the site or buying a product.

What we sell

We sell digital products only, including the Money Momentum Kit (Lite), the Money Momentum Kit (Pro) where offered, and free previews delivered by email.

The products are educational and behavioral. They are not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, medical advice, therapy, or a prediction of future events. Use of the products is at your own discretion and risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use the site or buy a product. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders and delivery

When you complete checkout through Stripe, you place a binding order. We accept your order when payment is confirmed. After payment, you receive an order confirmation email and immediate access to the digital files by download link and / or member dashboard.

By completing the checkout consent checkbox, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this waives the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content delivered before that period ends. Our action-based refund policy applies as described in the Refund Policy.

Prices, taxes, and currencies

Prices are shown in EUR for EU buyers and USD for US buyers, selected automatically based on location with the option to switch. Where applicable, VAT or sales tax is included or added at checkout under the destination country’s rules. Stripe collects and remits VAT / sales tax where required.

We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

License to use the product

When you buy a Zodiup digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the files for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish, upload, remove attribution from, or use the files or their contents to create competing products, derivative works for sale, or AI training datasets. All intellectual property in the files remains the property of George Germanos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, bypass paywalls, scrape content at scale, submit false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

No professional advice or guaranteed results

The Money Momentum Kit is an educational behavioral tool. It is not financial, investment, banking, trading, tax, accounting, legal, medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. The zodiac and numerology references are used as a behavioral calibration layer only. They are not fortune-telling and do not guarantee any financial, personal, or other result.

Outcomes depend on your own actions and circumstances. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or financial losses resulting from your decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party services

The site uses Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, and hosting and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of your data. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party services.

Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. EU consumers retain the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence and may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
